Week 7: Abstract (updated)

Nowadays security has been a prime concern in the home or office management. The project is a security system that permits solely approved access to users with a password. The system features of changing the password anytime by the authorized user as needed. The project comprises of a microcontroller of 8051 family that's interfaced to associate EEPROM that stores the password. The project needs a input device(keypad) to enter the password, and a Motor Driver that's interfaced to microcontroller for lockup or unlocking a door or any security system. An alert would be made if there's any wrong attempt and a door open if the attempt is correct. The project will be used for security functions in home, offices, organizations etc. The project provides security and safety to house or office owners, belongings, assets from being damaged by external agent or undesired strangers. Combining hardware and software part, the project hopes that it can give an option to the user for being protected from the trespasser.
